Shipping
If you prefer to pick up your order in person, we offer a convenient pick up service in Scarborough (401 & McCowan). Simply add items to your cart, select your pick up date and time on the cart page and choose the pick up option at checkout. Once your order is ready, we'll send you an email with instructions for pick up.
We will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have about the pick up process.
Shipping is currently only available for 'Shippable Cookies' offered at a flat rate. These are packaged in a shipping box and cushioned for the process. While these also need to be ordered 10 days in advance, we offer 1-2 day shipping once sent. You will also receive a link to track your order.
We will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have about the shipping process.
If you are not able to or prefer not to pick up your order, personal delivery is available by the baker to ensure everything arrives safely.
This applies to all custom and corporate orders, as well as signature cakes and dessert shooters.
