How to Order
We accept a limited number of orders per week to ensure quality.
1. Choose Your Treats
Browse our price list and galleries to select the desserts that best suit your celebration.
Most desserts are priced by the dozen unless otherwise noted. Custom designs, colours, and flavour requests are welcome.
2. Submit an Order Request
Complete our Order Request Form with the following details:

Event date

Type of order (cookies, cupcakes, cake, boxes, etc.)

Quantity
-
Preferred flavours
-
Inspiration photos (if applicable)

Pickup or delivery request
Please note: submitting a form does not confirm your order.
3. Minimums & Lead Time

Minimum order: $75 before taxes

Standard lead time: 10 days

Custom cakes & large orders: at least 14 days recommended
Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to an additional fee.
4. Quote & Confirmation
Once your request is reviewed, you will receive:

A custom quote

Availability confirmation
-
Payment instructions
Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. You may first receive an email to confirm details before a quote is provided.
5. Payment

50% payment is required to secure your date

The remainder payment is due 2 weeks before your date

If your event date is less than 2 weeks away, full payment is due

Payments accepted via e-transfer (credit link available if needed - 2% fee charged)

Prices are subject to applicable taxes
6. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup location: Scarborough, ON (address provided after confirmation)

Delivery may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability and location
7. Changes & Cancellations

Design or quantity changes must be requested at least 72 hours before your pickup date and subject to acceptance

Cancellations within 3 days of pickup are non-refundable
8. Allergens & Custom Work Disclaimer
All our items include dairy and gluten. While no nuts are included in any of our items, we cannot guarantee our ingredients have not come into contact with nuts during the manufacturing process.
Custom work is handcrafted; slight variations in colour and design are part of the artisanal process.
